HISTORICAL ACCOUNT " A NEW COMPANY BACKED BY THE DAILY WORK"

The construction of an automatic machine that produces paper moulds for panettone was an encouraging beginning for CARTOTECNICA HORESS in 1992. Through it the company would enter and successfully settle in the market of the food industry, specifically in the area of the baking industry.

In 1994 there was an imperative necessity to increase the production capacity. Therefore two new machines were incorporated.

The recent industrial life of CARTOTECNICA HORES would be guided by an intense spirit of progress and growth. So, the necessity to increase the production was followed by the demand of diversity. Thus, in 1998 two new models were joined to the three existing ones. One of them was intended for the paper moulds for the ring-shaped rolls and the other for the sponge cake.

The legal aspect of the company would find its stability. In 1999
CARTOTECNICA HORES became a "sociedad de responsabilidad limitada". (Translator´s note: According to Argentine Law it is an association of individuals, the members of which may not be more than 50, and whose liability is limited to the amount of their capital contributions. It may not be dissolved by death or bankruptcy of one or some of its members. Its capital is divided in interests. Its administration and representation is in charge of managers. Its members may not take part in its representation. Their liability is limited to the payment of the interest which they subscribe for. It is a kind of business organization which may be adapted for small enterprises).
Once the company was legally stable, it would continue consolidating its productive structure. A new machine designed for the production of pudding paper moulds would close the diversified production which had started in 1998.

...The effort and determination have finally won the race against time. In a few years CARTOTECNICA HORES has set itself as a serious, efficient and basically a reliable company.
